In this week’s Facebook Live, I give you my 3 Top Tips for great T Tapp results!
Tip #1 – Slow it all down and focus on really engaging all your muscles in every move. To experience the difference, I do a set of plies with our first arm series fast. And then I do it again but slowed down. FEEL the difference for yourself.
Tip# 2 – Ribs up! So many of us are very “locked up” in our mid and upper back so we really can’t even connect to our ribs in order to actually engage the lats to lift those ribs in the moves. I give you lots of ways to get your mid-back moving and mobile again. If you are having a hard time losing weight, this can be a game changer!
Tip #3 – HYDRATE! Hydration is CRUCIAL to good health and to weight loss. But it’s not enough to just drink a bunch of water! Hydration requires structured water that the body (fascia) can actual absorb and utilize. Here is one quick way to get that structured water into your body and hydrating…take a big glass of water (hopefully it is water that has been filtered), squeeze 1/2 lemon or lime into it and then put just a pinch of good quality sea salt in it. Drink it down and then here’s another critical piece to the hydration Rx – MOVE!!!! This will help hydrate the fascia, squeezing out the junk from our cells and moving in the oxygen and nutrients. This one simple step can be health changing!!!

Tip 4: – Be consistent with your workout. That doesn’t mean you have to do a whole workout every day. Pick YOUR perfect schedule…one that fits into your life and that you commit to. Make it NON-NEGOTIABLE! It is an appointment just like any other important appointment you have.
Guess what? It doesn’t matter if you FEEL like doing your workout then or not. Motivation isn’t necessary. Doing it IS! Then just MOVE throughout your day. I show lots of ways to get in this movement in the video.
